BLOODY HAND n.
forest laws of England, was sufficient evidence of a man's trespass in the forest against venison. Jacob.
CRUST n.
efies. Dryden. He that keeps nor crust nor crumb. Shak. They . . . made the crust for the venison pasty. Macualay.
DEER n.
much branched, which are shed annually. Their flesh, for which they are hunted, is called venison.
