RESPONSELESS a.
Giving no response.
ACROTELEUTIC n.
nd of a verse or psalm, or something added thereto, to be sung by the people, by way of a response.
ALTERNATION n.
The response of the congregation speaking alternately with the minister. Mason. Alternation of generation. See under Generation.
