Shaped like the head. Craing.
ENCEPHALOID a. 2 definitions
Resembling the material of the brain; cerebriform. Encephaloid cancer (Med.), a very malignant form of cancer of brainlike consistency. See under Cancer.
HYDROCEPHALOID a.
Resembling hydrocephalus. Hydrocephaloid affection (Med.), the group of symptoms which follow exhausting diarrhea in young children, resembling those of acute hydrocephalus, or tubercular meningitis.
NEANDERTHALOID a.
Like, or pertaining to, the Neanderthal skull, or the type of man it represents.
