GERMINATION n.
or growth in a seed or plant; the first development of germs, either animal or vegetable. Germination apparatus, an apparatus for malting grain.
REGERMINATION n.
A germinating again or anew.
ACROSPIRE n.
The sprout at the end of a seed when it begins to germinate; the plumule in germination; -- so called from its spiral form.
