CONCERT v. 6 definitions
To plan together; to settle or adjust by conference, agreement, or consultation. It was concerted to begin the siege in March. Bp. Burnet.
CONCERT OF EUROPE; EUROPEAN CONCERT n.
An agreement or understanding between the chief European powers to take only joint action in the (European) Eastern Question.
