CHAPTER n. 12 definitions
A division of a book or treatise; as, Genesis has fifty chapters.
INTERCHAPTER n.
An intervening or inserted chapter.
ADDITAMENT n.
An addition, or a thing added. Fuller. My persuasion that the latter verses of the chapter were an additament of a later age. Coleridge.
APPEND v.
To add, as an accessory to the principal thing; to annex; as, notes appended to this chapter. A further purpose appended to the primary one. I. Taylor.
