ARBITRATION n.
The hearing and determination of a cause between parties in controversy, by a person or persons chosen by the parties.
ARBITRABLE a.
Capable of being decided by arbitration; determinable. [Archaic] Bp. Hall.
ARBITRAGE n.
A traffic in bills of exchange (see Arbitration of Exchange); also, a traffic in stocks which bear differing values at the same time in different markets.
