OBSTRICTION n.
te of being constrained, bound, or obliged; that which constrains or obliges; obligation; bond. [R.] Milton.
OUTCAST n.
exile; one driven from home, society, or country; hence, often, a degraded person; a vagabond. The Lord . . . gathereth together the outcasts of Israel. Ps. cxlvii. 2.
OVERISSUE n.
An excessive issue; an issue, as of notes or bonds, exceeding the limit of capital, credit, or authority. An overissue of government paper. Brougham.
