A measure of length, being the distance from the elbow to the extremity of the middle finger.

combination of a cube and octahedron, esp. one in which the octahedral faces meet at the middle of the cubic edges.
CUNEIFORM; CUNIFORM n.
supporting the first, second third metatarsals. They are usually designated as external, middle, and internal, or ectocuniform, mesocuniform, and entocuniform, respectively.
CYCLAS n.
A long gown or surcoat (cut off in front), worn in the Middle Ages. It was sometimes embroidered or interwoven with gold. Also, a rich stuff from which the gown was made.

A cellar or excavation used for refuge from a cyclone, or tornado. [Middle U. S.]
CYCLOPS n.
of a race of giants, sons of Neptune and Amphitrite, having but one eye, and that in the middle of the forehead. They were fabled to inhabit Sicily, and to assist in the workshops of Vulcan, under Mt. Etna.
