TRIMETHYL n.
(Chem.) A prefix or combining form (also used adjectively) indicating the presence of three methyl groups.
TRIMETHYLAMINE n.
ith a characteristic herringlike odor. It is regarded as a substituted ammonia containing three methyl groups.
