UNLIKE a.
Not likely; improbable; unlikely. [Obsoles.] Unlike quantities (Math.), quantities expressed by letters which are different or of different powers, as a, b, c, a2, a3, xn, and the like. -- Unlike signs (Math.), the signs plus (+) and minus (-).
