ORABASSU n.
A South American monkey of the genus Callithrix, esp. C. Moloch.
SEA BASS n.
, and more or less varied with small white spots and blotches. Called also, locally, blue bass, black sea bass, blackfish, bluefish, and black perch. (b) A California food fish (Cynoscion nobile); -- called also white sea bass, and sea salmon.

Originally, a deep-toned instrument of the oboe or bassoon family; thence, a bass reed stop on the organ. The name bombardon is now given to a brass instrument, the lowest of the saxhorns, in tone resembling the ophicleide. Grove.

A drone bass, as in a bagpipe, or a hurdy-gurdy. See Burden (of a song.)
