REGION n.
The upper air; the sky; the heavens. [Obs.] Anon the dreadful thunder Doth rend the region. Shak.
REGISTER n.
portion of the compass of a voice, or a series of vocal tones of a given compass; as, the upper, middle, or lower register; the soprano register; the tenor register.

One of the upper or distal branches of an antler, as the third and fourth tynes of the antlers of a stag.
