ELECTROTONUS n.
a nerve, when a constant current of electricity passes through any part of it. See Anelectrotonus, and Catelectrotonus.
ELECTROTYPE n. 2 definitions
A facsimile plate made by electrotypy for use in printing; also, an impression or print from such plate. Also used adjectively.

A group of small wormlike animals, having cilia on the ventral side. The group is regarded as an ancestral or synthetic one, related to rotifers and annelids.

A form of annelid larva having cilia on the ventral side.

An instrument for cutting or scarifying the uterus or the neck of the uterus.
