EPENDYMA n.
The epithelial lining of the ventricles of the brain and the canal of the spinal cord; endyma; ependymis.
ESODIC a.
Conveying impressions from the surface of the body to the spinal cord; -- said of certain nerves. Opposed to exodic.
EXODIC a.
Conducting influences from the spinal cord outward; -- said of the motor or efferent nerves. Opposed to esodic.
GANGLIONIC a.
ing of, ganglia or ganglion cells; as, a ganglionic artery; the ganglionic columns of the spinal cord.

or locomotion. Locomotor ataxia, or Progressive locomotor ataxy (Med.), a disease of the spinal cord characterized by peculiar disturbances of gait, and difficulty in coördinating voluntary movements.
