GLANS n.
The vascular body which forms the apex of the penis, and the extremity of the clitoris.
LANCEOLATE; LANCEOLATED a.
Rather narrow, tapering to a point at the apex, and sometimes at the base also; as, a lanceolate leaf.

Bounded like a nipple; -- said of the apex of some shells.
