GRATIN n.
The brown crust formed upon a gratinated dish; also, dish itself, as crusts bread, game, or poultry.

Composed of, or characterized by, grease; oily; unctuous; as, a greasy dish.
GREEN n.
green pigment, consisting essentially of a hydrous arsenite of copper; -- called also Swedish green. It may enter into various pigments called parrot green, pickel green, Brunswick green, nereid green, or emerald green.
