DIPTYCH n.
Anything consisting of two leaves. Especially:
DISLEAVE v.
To deprive of leaves. [R.] The cankerworms that annually that disleaved the elms. Lowell.

Opening during the day, and closing at night; -- said of flowers or leaves.
