TELEOSAUR n.
Any one of several species of fossil suarians belonging to Teleosaurus and allied genera. These reptiles are related to the crocodiles, but have biconcave vertebræ.

Any one of numerous species of small, conical fossil shells found in Paleozoic rocks. They are supposed to be pteropods.
